The goal of Gen-Plus is the development and research of pharmaceutical innovations for contract partners. The scope ranges from early ideas to drug samples (for clinical trials) under GMP conditions and registration batches.

Formulation Scientist R&D (m/f/d)
Profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of pharmacy, biotechnology or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the field of drug development
- Knowledge in development and manufacturing of different dosage forms is advantageous
- Knowledge of the GMP-regulated environment of the pharmaceutical industry as well as pharmaceutical
legislation - Results-oriented approach as well as structured and independent working style
- Good mathematical and technical understanding
- Strong sense of responsibility and quality
- High level of commitment and strong team spirit
- Very good computer skills (especially MS Office)
- Good command of Englisch and fluent written and spoken German
Key responsibilities
- Pharmaceutical development of customer projects for difficult to manufacture generics and innovative
dosage forms (solids, semi-solids, oral thin films, transdermal patches, 3D API printed solids) - Planning, coordinated execution and documentation of formulation experiments (e.g. DoE) within
formulation development in compliance with GMP guidelines - Support pharmaceutical development staff in experimental work for drug product manufacturing and
testing, troubleshooting, and scientific exchanges - Technical exchange as Subject Matter Expert with the customer
- Support in equipment qualifications, SOP management, documentation for deviation, planning, and approval
procedures
