Gen-Plus, part of Conscio Group, based in Munich (DE) and founded in 1999, is a mid-size Contract Research and Development Organization. Business Development Associate (m/f/d) part-time
This part-time (15-20 hours/week) position will be based at the Gen-Plus offices in Staffelseestraße 6, Munich, with options for hybrid working models later on . You will gain scientific insights about our toolbox of technologies for pharmaceutical products, while you will learn the basis of the business and commercial pharma strategies.
Your Profile
- B.Sc. in Pharmacy or in Chemistry. Being at the moment M. Sc student will be considered a plus.
- Fluent in English and one additional European language (German, French or Italian)
- Eager to learn the business side of the scientific projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Your tasks
- Supporting the Business Development team in the acquisition of new contacts
- Analysis of the EU Pharma market (with special focus on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Italy)
- Support the BD team with the generation of leads to boost Gen-Plus/Conscio pipeline
- Further increasing the awareness of Conscio´s vertically integrated portfolio by representing Gen-Plus/Conscio group in customer meetings (teleconferences and/or on-site visits of clients)
- Help convert leads into new projects
- Learn and maintain technical knowledge in pharmaceutical technologies for drug product development
- Gather market insights and perform competitor analyses
- Communicate effectively with Business Development and Technical teams in Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and United States
